Received a text stating I was being charged for Norton Antivirus software. I have never had Norton Antivirus software. They gave a phone number to call if I felt this was in error. I called and they said I had been charged by mistake. I let them into my computer to help remove the software and then refused to give them my banking information. I did fill out the "refund form" with my name and address. I called ScamPulse.com and discovered this is a "tech support scam" and I am going to go get my computer scanned by a geek squad.
