Report

They are promoting a projector that makes the room look like an aquarium. I ordered in July for my son's birthday in August. It was never delivered. When I called they said it was and gave me a tracking number for USPS. I went to the USPS and they said that tracking number went to a different address and the package was 11oz. A projector isn't 11oz so I don't know what was sent to an address that wasn't mine. I've been calling weekly for months and they keep saying I will get a follow up email and a resolution of either a refund or the projector. I haven't received anything.
