I bought a supposed dog tracker. Website looked legit. But turns out it was all fake. Took the item 3 weeks to arrive and the tracker was linked in China. Couldn’t get it to link to a map to my house. Emailed company and said I wanted a refund. They ghosted me and won’t return any emails despite supposedly having a 1 year warranty. Item doesn’t stay charged even 1 day. And is all in Chinese. It’s a scam!! I want my money back and there’s no way to get a hold of a person
