I ordered Softcomfort Body Oil and paid $5 extra for package damage or loss protection ironically. The tracking number showed it had arrived but it didn't. I waited a few days more just in case and checked with my neighbors and still no package. I message them and they kept stating it was delivered and I kept telling them despite what the tracking number showed, it did not. The tracking number did have my correct address. They finally said I needed to put in a claim with the logistics carrier and provided the number for the post office. When I called the post office, they shared that the tracking number was showing a different address on their end and in another state despite the fact that I was seeing my address on my end. I filed a fraud claim with the credit card company and within less than 8 hours, NoraVienta issued a credit. They had no intentions on helping me until I got the credit card company involved.
