Ordered product june 26 2026 never received it. Contacted company support online august 2 2026 they told me my order had been delivered july 8 2026 and i should contact post office. There was never a delivery from that company to my mailbox the post office told me

Ordered item beginning of July 2026, no communication until July 18, 2026, July 27, 2026 email stating item was delivered. Did not receive. Tried to contact them via email, message comes back undeliverable.
