On 9/24 I placed an order for a kid journal with Nookvely. I immediately received a confirmation email but no tracking information. On 10/6 I requested to cancel the order as I had received no shipping information. On 10/7 I was told they could not cancel the order because it had already shipped, the tracking number provided did not work. Then they said the shipping company had not provided a tracking number yet. So I guess they just made the first one up! I was told they could not do anything until I received my parcel. Then on 10/21 the newest tracking number showed it as delivered, when I checked the tracking it showed the parcel in CA. I live in **. We went back & forth until finally I said I do not live in CA, I live in **. On 10/24 I received another update saying my package had been delivered to my correct address. Today is 10/29 and I still have not received my parcel.
