I ordered a white gold & aquamarine ring; the item sent to me is NOT real - and, they sent me a ring set in yellow gold with a turquoise stone. I have been emailing them for some time about how to get a refund, and they sent me instructions to send to "JCHKHK" at an address that is a warehouse (I looked this JCHKHK up, it is not a retail site). I told them I would not be sending the ring to some warehouse to get "lost" and then have to fight with them about the refund; I wrote that I want an actual retail location with a person's name to send for my return. All around, I can see that this is not a legitimate business & I have been scammed. I will be taking it up with my credit card Fraud Department to get my money back.
