I received an email that I had submitted my resume to this company via Indeed and requested I provide times for a brief initial phone interview. I responded with dates and times and immediately received a call from a person identifying himself as Jake Martin. He said I was qualified, despite never having worked in the financial/banking industry. He requested a photo ID and proof of residence for a background check, which I sent. Very quickly I received notice of clearance and attachments including an application, W-4, direct deposit form. Before I filled out any further paperwork I did my due diligence. The phone number on the Nexa site is disconnected. The website says they are field monitors of Aurora Strategies. When I went to the Aurora website I noticed it was exactly the same as Nexa. There are no company directory or careers tabs on either site. I sent an email to Jake regarding my concerns, but never received any reply.
