I got a letter at my business address about filing a UTAH ANNUAL REPORT (attached) and I filed it today on the deadline. I followed a QR code. I thought the website looked like most government websites - not great but workable. It wasn't until I got an email to my account saying that my registration for $175 went through that I noticed something was weird. The email looked like it was from a personal account with a human woman as an avatar with text that said "hello" on the photo. Also, I clicked a button that said "sign up for auto-renew," which according to ScamPulse.com site, is an additional charge. Bank is working to dispute the charges.
