They emailed looking like my KY federal website telling me to renew my LLC so I did and they tried to create a new LLC bus account for me which already exists and charged me $200. It only takes $15 to renew your LLC. I was totally scammed and have no proof of my standings with my LLC now so I will have to pay more for that too and not paying it on time. These people are predators.

This fraudulent website presented itself as official NJ State annual filing report organization and obtained credit card information and charged 3 times more than official site, provided with false email and address, never responded to request to call back

The business is acting like a formal government agency, acting like they are needed to file/renew a state LLC. This is something that business owners can and should easily do on their own without paying an unnecessary $175 service fee. Many business owners are unaware of this as a scam and pay them thinking it's legit.

It was also not addressed to any person or resident or business - just spammed us by usps.

I got a letter at my business address about filing a UTAH ANNUAL REPORT (attached) and I filed it today on the deadline. I followed a QR code. I thought the website looked like most government websites - not great but workable. It wasn't until I got an email to my account saying that my registration for $175 went through that I noticed something was weird. The email looked like it was from a personal account with a human woman as an avatar with text that said "hello" on the photo. Also, I clicked a button that said "sign up for auto-renew," which according to ScamPulse.com site, is an additional charge. Bank is working to dispute the charges.
