I purchased 8 sets of LED lights in July, 2020. They were a birthday gift for my daughter later on that month. Once she opened them and we started hanging them up 2 sets of lights did not function properly. I sent an email asking for them to exchange the sets of broken lights. I was given the same response of a two day refund policy - even though they were a gift that was opened well after 2 days. Then, once the lights were hung 2 additional sets of lights quit working after several days so, at this point half of my order did not work. I again sent an email explaining situation and asking for an exchange (not a refund) and this time was given the silent treatment. They will not respond. Do not buy any product from them. They will not stand behind it. I have attached photos showing the lights not working which was also sent in the email.

This company is apparently scamming people. I ordered clippers from them and the 2 different UPS tracking #s are showing that (1) the package was delivered to an address no where close to me, (2) or is still in transit. I have reached out to them and no response.

I placed an order with Livingsolutionsusa.com on 5.6.20. It said the delivery was 7-10 days. At the beginning of June when I did not have the product I reached out to [email protected]. I called the phone number it directs you to their website and there is no one to actually speak with. By email I was told they were a little delayed due to the Covid situation but my order was going out that day and I would receive it within 2 weeks They gave me a tracking site to use. I again waited 2 weeks and continued to check the tracking site which stated that it had not been shipped . I tried to contact them 6 more times by email and continued to get the same response which appears to be automated at this point. Finally, I asked for a refund which I was told due to their refund policy they would not give me, Apparently I only had 2 days to cancel my order. How could I have known to cancel within 2 days? .

Now they have completely just stopped responding. They also are going by the name global living solutions and global trends.
