I ordered two dresses from this site due to its 30-day full refund money back guarantee. When we received the dresses, they were not sized correctly, didn't come with tags or even any identifying labels. They emailed me back a few times trying to offer me back 10% and 15% refunds and for me to keep the dresses since I was expecting to pay shipping costs. What they don't tell you up front is that they expect you to ship them to China. According to their website, they are based out of Albany, New York.

I purchased a few dresses on their website thinking they were reselling Outcast dresses (a different brand). I believed they were the name brand goods, since they used the same pictures as the Outcast site. Their site says they offer free refunds for defective items, and my items were defective (along with misrepresented), and I emailed them. They would not pay for shipping to return the item, and said I could either accept the 30% refund and keep the items, or pay international shipping back. They ignored all questions about their return policy, even though I sent pictures of the defective items and screenshots of their own policy to them through email.
