To the average person this website looks extremely legitimate. Also is one of the top results when searching Google for Needoh. They in fact do not sell legitimate needohs though, I have one purchased from their website and one purchased from target (authorized seller) and they are quite different as per the picture attached (real one on right fake one on left). Tried to make a credit card dispute but got rejected unfortunately even with the evidence provided.

Fake products and company. The merchandise I received is fake and not Needoh. I had a failed attempt at trying to cancel the order within a couple hours of it being made. I was unable to reach the customer service phone number (305) 438-8678 from the company website. However, I used the email address provided ([email protected]) to request the order cancellation. The company responded quickly and claimed the items already shipped. After receiving the fake merchandise a few weeks later and some in damaged boxes, I emailed the company to start the refund process. They have not responded since.

I placed an order for a needoh on what I thought was the "needoh" website. I soon found out when I received tracking info it was coming from china. Okay, no problem. 2 weeks goes by and nothing delivered. I tried to reach out to them, no response. I keep checking tracking and it's still on the way. I check again on June 24 and it says delivered on June 22. I have nothing! I clicked the tab that says "didn't receive your goods" and it takes me to a page that's all Chinese. Please be careful when ordering these needohs!

This website appears to use the branding and products of another company, but the policies and customer service practices are completely different from the original brand. They have a strict no-cancellation policy, require customers to pay return shipping, and state that refunds are only issued after they inspect the returned product. Those are not the policies of the original company or official website.

My child accidentally placed an order using my phone without my knowledge. I contacted the company immediately after discovering the purchase and attempted to cancel the order right away. I received no response from customer service, and instead of addressing my request, they simply updated the order status to “shipped.”

The lack of communication, refusal to assist with a prompt cancellation request, and misleading branding are extremely concerning. Customers should carefully review this company before purchasing.
