The man’s name is Steve Robertson calling from 309-270-7692 -left a voicemail asking if I was home or another adult to deliver a certified letter in next 2 days at a specific time. Or I could contact an “issuing agency” He then left a different # from what the caller ID showed. 866-617-5215

A man called and left a voicemail stating his name as Steve Robertson, an independent contractor for the national Association of professional process servers. He gave me a timeframe and said he wanted to deliver something that required a signature and if eye or an adult 18 years of age older would be home in the next two days at 2 PM. He did not state my name nor did he say what address he was going to.He then left a phone number 866-617-5215
