i was helping my daughter obtain an Emotional Support Animal letter for her cat (for the purposes of a rental property that she's moving into). We were promised the letter within 48-72 hours, which by now was eight days (192 hours) ago. The only means of contact is an email address, which twice now my daughter used to ask about the letter's whereabouts. We've yet to receive any response. The only thing we were sent was a receipt for our payment (attached).
