I received a letter from Scratch Services, LLC stating that I was in default of a loan taken out for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and that I owed $20,515.01. I was instructed to log into their website or call their customer service to take action on this. They also falsely claimed that they had tried to reach my previously. I am not a business owner, self-employed, or an independent contractor; therefore, I would have no use for, nor qualify for a PPP loan.

I received this mail on January 18, 2023. I have not ever applied for a PPP loan in my life, have not ever received any money in any amount from a PPP loan, and I have not ever heard of this company. This is fraudulent.
