2. Was subsequently charged over $70 on both November and December 7. This contradicts the 3 month plan I already paid for. I was also charged again on January 7, despite claims and verification that everything about my subscription and account had been removed several times.
3. I was charged an additional $135.99 on December 7. When I contacted support, I was told it was for an additional service which I never subscribed to.
I have attached my entire conversation with their support team where you can easily see the redundancies and misleading way they communicate.
