My spouse and I signed up for private insurance through 1stmed over the phone. Was told this was major insurance coverage, PPO, great RX plan. 1/9 my spouse went to pick up his monthly meds at CVS. He was told our ID #'s, Bin#, did NOT exist. I called the "insurance company" spoke to a Nick, he laughed at me and told me to pick a cheaper pharmacy when I questioned our insurance plan/coverage. Then he hung up. I called my CC company to report the charge as fraud. I called another # I found to try and cancel the fake insurance, or as the Sylvia worded as "discount insurance". She also hung. These people have ALL of our personal information, bank accounts, SSN#, address, work info!
