A. I would not be charged until I called to authorize the payment
and B. I had to sign the document just to get a quote price, but that I would not be charged.
I was immediately charged $269 to my account without my consent, and luckily the charge was declined. I have been on hold with them for hours attempting to get my account and "policy" cancelled.
