My Flex Pal is a vendor. I complete a survey online and was told if I paid postage I would receive a pair of earbuds and pay for shipping and postage only. My PayPal account was used. The next two months they took out $137.42 October 10, 2022 and $114.79 on November 13,2022.

When I first reported it PayPal reimbursed me the money and gave me another card. Then suddenly they reversed it and gave MyFlexPal back my money. I sent a dispute to PayPal and asked for the shipping tracking number for the two items I was supposed to receive. Please help me get my money back. When I went online a notice came up My Flex Pal site was removed and a Scam Alert came up with reviews of how another had the same situation.
