I had buyer's remorse with this. They supposedly have a 14 day return policy, but after looking at the first email, I determined that this diet wasn't for me so I asked for a refund. They told me it would take 20 days, so I disputed the charge through Paypal. Paypal denied the claim saying I got the "product." So I went back to the company and they told me since I opened a Paypal dispute and it was denied, they couldn't refund it. In Kentucky, you have 3 days in which to go back on something you purchased. I initially emailed them the very next day. They are refusing to refund my $66. Buyer beware.

I wanted to find information on a diet plan for people with diabetes. The mydiabetes.diet web ad was the first to pop up. I clicked on it and it took me through a profiling process that eventually led to what they called an individual diet plan. I should have known better and done my due diligence before processing my payment through PayPal. In the end, I never received any product or service, and when I tried to get a refund through Kilo Health or PayPal my efforts were either not responded to or denied. I lost $66

They refunded me according to the T & C so I am pretty sure there was misunderstanding, overall they are fine and I had a lot of great help and tips from them

Recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes—my doctor recommended that I start a diabetic diet. Went online to website: my.diabetes.diet. The url did not work correctly so within 10 minutes of entering site I canceled. ( They require your debit card information before you can preview the plan—but there is no way to back out of the system once you have given them your data information.) As soon as I realized—their system wasn’t loading, I requested to cancel. I received nothing (they later claimed I had received a plan two hours after I had canceled— but I did not.) It was two days before I got a return correspondence from their “support” site. They then said they would not refund my 66.00, bat agreed to cancel my subscription. Do not do business with these people. They are scammers.

Anyone else notice that all the complaints are answered by the same Simon person. That in itself is a red flag for me. Thanks for posting this info. I’m glad I checked here before paying. I’m sorry they weren’t fair for you but am so glad to posted to save others - including me!

All the charges for me was fully refunded after I filed a complaint, so Im pretty sure there was misunderstanding
