Like most other complaints,.there is no company responsibility or customer service to speak with. I am consistently "looped" trying to either log in, or told the page does not exist. This is a scam, I have learned my lesson, and it only cost me $60! This scam is awful as it mostly affects people who are elderly and/or sick.

I paid for a 3-month " trial " membership and they took my money within seconds from my bank account. Then when I tried to log in it said " membership expired " I tried to cancel my membership and it wouldn't let me by clicking on trying to cancel, I would have liked this diet. I want a refund! And my subscription canceled! Sounds like a scam.

I signed up with my email [email protected] around 4-20-21could not ever get into the site or app. I call the bank to get a reversal of my $27. The claim # is 665642499960001. They did reverse the charge But today they charged me the $27. Again. I can’t find any phone # to call or a web site that has any place to cancel my account. I’m 75 years old and need help

I was dumb; I did not search for reviews first, I admit I was enticed by the Facebook advertising. I was looking for an easy way to jump start some changes. During sign up, I was taken through MANY "add on" offers. It kept saying, "Wait, your purchase isn't complete..." and then offer after offer after offer... I don't recall counting but I was seriously like just about to give up. To me, that screams SCAM, CRAP PRODUCT. And in fact, many of the "features" they touted in their program are indeed only available with these additional add on purchases. I waited for my plan to be delivered, downloaded the app... and it's just a random selection of recipes. Nothing else you can really do without buying the add ons.

So I wrote the company and kindly explained their product wasn't for me, please refund as I saw no value in it for me. After a few back and forths, I simply stated please refund my money, or I will dispute the charge and share my experience via reviews.

They processed a refund for 50% of the purchase price, and as a result have stolen $33.50 from me (the original plan price after their fake "discounts" was $67.)

Don't let them do the same to you.

I was contacted to a special offer. It sounded very legitimate and I signed up with UAB"Kilo grupe to the tune of $39.00 which as been taken out of my Pay Pal account. I realize now that was a poor decision on my part but I feel you should know this is happening.

I signed up and paid through PayPal. Downloaded the app and could not log in. Emailed the “support” team and followed troubleshooting instructions in the auto generated email. Still could not log in and could not create an account with the same email. Could not change my password because my email was not recognized. I feel I have been scammed to the tune of $71 and change. So disappointed that there is a group doing this to people with diabetes trying to get control of their health.

Well I got scammed from this outfit but I did not fight it or cancel the so called contract better pay the small amount than fight with them. What mad me angry was wanting you to pay for each program. They really ought to feel terrible about scamming people that are sick.

My doctor suggested that I get on a diabetes diet. My diabetes diet sounded good so I enrolled and paid with Pay Pal. I never got anything in my e mail from them. I tried getting into my account and it said it was a wrong password even though I wrote it down. When I clicked Forgot password I received nothing to change it. I’m a senior citizen on SS and can not afford paying for something I didn’t receive.

Quickly found out this was not for me . Forgot my password. But was unable to change it. Found menus to be too exotic, not simple . Thought I cancelled . Removed the app . Still saw a charge on my credit card for MyDiabetes.diet Vilnius 39 dollars 2/15 . Have no idea who to contact now . I think I'm stuck . ref # 15265671 EQ9L4L224 on my statement

Same experience as all of the above. I realized immediately after paying through PayPal ($67) that this was a scam ... most of the services advertised before you pay are available only if you pay extra. I canceled within 30 minutes, never even opened the app, and requested a refund. They refunded me 50% but refuse to refund the rest. Where is this company located and why do they not have to adhere to US consumer laws? Maybe a concerted Facebook effort would bring some results (worked with another scam company I'm aware of).

Got nothing in return for $67 but a 19 page pamphlet on diabetes. Could have googled that for free! Very disappointed!
During these uncertain times it’s hard enough to get ahead without scams like this! I will report to the Better Business Bureau. If PayPal does not refund- I will be closing that account as well!

Tried to get a refund. No response. Lost $67. Beware do not get this program. Keep getting an automated response to my emails. I should have known better when they kept trying to get me to purchase ads ons. PayPal refuse the refund request saying that I got the plan.

I also got suckered into buying this so-called plan. I tried to get my money back but hit wall after wall. I wouldn't recommend it as I feel it's just a scam to appeal to people's quest for a solution to manage diabetes. STAY AWAY!

This company is a scam. I wanted to try this diet but when I signed up and viewed the menu it was too high in carbs and I have severe sensitivities to many of the foods on the diet. I immediately sent an email to cancel my subscription and Rosie responded. She said they would only give me a partial refund because they only give full refunds if the product is "faulty." Their website does not define what "faulty" is and they have designed it so that it is almost impossible to get a full refund for an unhealthy diabetic diet.

Terrible customer service. The diet plans are not for someone with diabetes. I filed a case with PayPal and they still refused to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APPLICATION. There is literally no value in this.

I cancelled my subscription to mydiabetes and did not receive a response to my issue. Instead, I received a preloaded response and nothing more. I should have been suspicious because when you sign up they offer you many add-ons which I did not want and stated. I tried to find out how much the plan was but nowhere on their site do they give you that information. I don't expect to get my money back but I want to warn others not to sign up for mydiabetes.

I dont understand where all these come from. I have purchased the product but receive refund according to the T & C and had no problems. Later I bought their plan for my husband and they even offered a gift free book for diabetics
