My perfect rewards!!! Scam??

I looked at 1 website for a job and ended up with 500 emails from different sites for sweeps claiming I won a car. As I started filling out info I noticed the how it works at the bottom and hit unsubscribe after reading the agreement to accept all communications from 500 different companies. Don’t even click into any of these unless you want to be spam bombed💣💥🤯
