They are an online US gift card website. I wanted to be a penpal for inmates down in the states but I needed a US based credit card to do so. I needed to buy stamps through the app securus to be a penpal. So I bought a $50 USD pre paid mastercard which mygiftcardsupply.com charges about 63 dollars i think for it.

The card is useless to me because I can't use it. I can't stress this part enough at no point until after I purchase it, set it up and tried using it did it say i can only use it with certain businesses. I can't even order something from the states and have it shipped to canada. I have shown proof multiple times that the card has not be used but the company will not give me a refund. They have stopped replying to me actually like intentionally ignoring me once they find out who I am . I actually had a friend who message the owner Sam Gastro, he told her and me later in email (when they did still respond to me) that he would look into it . And If i couldn't use the card which I can't he would supposely refund me 80.69 in canadian currency

I feel like im getting a run around so to speak, I also tried to tell them I need the money back to help get some medication so I can fight a serious infection in my legs better. Without the medication I don't know how bad the infection will get more than it is

I purchased a $50 google play gift card from this company as a gift for someone. When the recipient tried to redeem the gift code it said that the code had already been used. This is all within minutes -1 hour of the purchase.

I tried to contact the company to see what could be done. I was advised to contact Google Play--even though that is not where I purchased the card from. I did only to be told by Google Play that I had to contact the retailer where I made the purchase which made sense. I emailed the company back only to be told that they have a no refund policy. However listed in their own policy is a clause that states: "If you have any issues with your card, please email support we help troubleshoot your problem. If there is a problem with the code, we will get you a replacement card right away." None of which they attempted to do to resolve my problem.

I believe this company is a scam.

I order a Gift card for 25$ to use on amazon, i spent 27.95$ , i was sent by them to verify my order with a Id, i uploaded my id throughh their email and they keep asking me to verify, i was then doing some reviews further in which i founf out these people are a scam and will take the money without giving anything. i have no response from there customer service and i fear i have lost my money i know its not alot of money but im a single parent, i need to get my daughter a dress for her bday, and i though these people were legit to send me the Gift Card. Please i am not the only one who has lost to these scammers. i need help in getting my money back and taking this website down, its illegal what they are doing. you cannot expect us to know this was going to happen.
