I tried to purchase a pajama set from My Comfy Blouse through a Facebook ad. They debited my card and the set never arrived.

They advertise something but it arriva and is nothing like what they advertised and use celebrity’s to say it’s cashmere but it’s polyester

They are very vague in their online communication and their phone (the only one they have on the site) does never work. I tried to return a very low-quality dress to get my money back, but as with other scammers, they took a long to respond, and then they gave me an address in China to send it back. They don't want to give me a return label even though their site says that they would so I needed to send my dress to China without guarantee that they were going to receive it and spending a lot of what the original dress costed. They are delaying all the process and soon I will be out of the "returning range". The dress itself is definitely not what they have on their site, and it is a very poor mix of the original.

Made purchase over 6 weeks ago. Status says is still sitting on a shelf in China. I don't expect to ever receive. Please don't make the same mistake. By directly from etsy so you have some guarantees.

Ordered from comfy blouse Ultra-Soft Button Cardigan. No email for order status, no tracking Nr, or any info.
Besides that when received the cardigan size 2XL I ordered, the cardigan bee like sixe L. The quality and style of
the cardigan are very different from the web-advertised one. NO waste of your money.

If I'd only known about how bad the customer service was for MyComfyBlouse--dishonest, in fact--I would never had bought two of their blouses.

(1) When I received their merchandise, there was no material for returning an item.

(2) When I wrote their customer service e-mail (there is no phone number), I was told they would get back to me within 48 hours.

(3) Then they sent an e-mail saying they were so busy that they could not tell me when they'd get back to me and send merchandise return material. They said, "We are sad you want to send back one of our blouses."

(4) In the same e-mail, they had the audacity to say that they could not accept any returns after 30 days after delivery.

So, their scheme is to completely avoid receiving a return.

They are AWFUL!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair if shorts from My Comfy Blouse. They took weeks to get here and when I did, the color and quality was nothing like advertised. They were poorly made and I could barely fit them over my hips (I'm a small and ordered a medium just in case) so they needed to be returned. I've sent email after email after email to get a return label. I've called and left numerous messages. Nothing! When I finally heard back over 2 months later, they told me their headquarters in Los Angeles is moving to China and I WOULD BE CHARGED THE HIGHER COST OF SHIPPING BACK TO THEM! AND I WOULD ONLY GET 20% OF MY REFUND. I could also put this towards another purchase. I would NEVER purchase anything from this scamming company again! Meanwhile, I still have these terrible shorts and no reply but I'm posting awful review anywhere I can and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do the same!

I suppose I was one of the lucky ones and I actually got my order, but I need to return it and cannot get anyone at the company to give me details of return authorization. I call the number on the website and it goes straight to a generic voice mail. I email the info email address and get replies but they are useless. I will never get my money back.

Regarding the actual products, the sizes are way smaller than they say. There is no way I could ever fit into these shirts. Probably because they are coming from China and not Canada or New York, as their website says. Also, the one shirt is paper thin and I can see thru the front and back when I hold it up.

Summary: Cheap products and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I ordered a bra on February 27, 2023 it is now April 3, 2023 and I still have not received my order. After a week of trying to contact them I finally got a reply saying my order has shipped and i will receive it in 2 to 3 weeks and this has not been confirmed so I really don't know if it has shipped. This is so unacceptable to wait for 5 weeks to 2 months for something that should have taken 3 to 7 business days. They didn't wait to charge my card so I shouldn't have to wait this long for my order.

Ordered 4 blouses 3 months ago, have not received them but have been charged for them. Have had multiple emails to and from with no resolution. In fact, their last communication was a refusal to cancel and refund, claiming once the order process had begun they would not refund.

I made an on-line purchase from Comfy Blouse on 4/18/20 and never received it. I did not know the merchant was from Canada when I initially placed the order. They immediately withdrew 39.98. I emailed and texted them without any response to my concerns/questions. After some on-line research, I believe I was scammed. I would like a refund.

Read several reviews above.does not go through. I have not written a review because I was hoping better business Bureau would be able to shut them down by going this route. My story is Similar to those on the review in that my money was taken out of PayPal but the product was never received. Emails are not answered. Phone number is a fax machine. Even the phone number on PayPal Does not go through.
