I was looking for a robot pool cleaner and MyCartus.com had a great price on one ($333.58) which was still believable, but felt like a good deal. I looked around and checked the internet to see if the company was legit, and I couldn't find any dings against it so I purchased the pool vacuum using PayPal, again, because I knew PayPal backed up fraudulent purchases with a money back guarantee and when I am not 100% sure about a company, I tend to go through PayPal even though I am using a Bank card. Well it took a week before I received an email with a tracking confirmation from a seller that wasn't even from MyCartus.com, it came from a VO NHUT TRIEU with a tracking number for a package that had already been delivered to a different person 5 days prior to receiving the tracking number. UPS told me the package didn't have my name or address on the confirmation of delivery and that I had been scammed to contact the seller. I tried the email of VO NHUT TRIEU and got no reply to this date in August. I tried calling MyCartus, but they have changed the company name three times now; Currently going by the name : Woodmart but still uses MyCartus.com as the website. I am still working with PayPal and UPS to get my money back.

I ordered an item from this company on June 10th, and followed up with an email shortly after, because I wasn't given a delivery date...and I wanted to know when it would arrive. I also tried calling the number posted on the website, and the message I got was that the number was no longer in service and I was disconnected. I used PayPal (as I've done many times before) to finance the item, and PayPal won't don anything about it either...not even cancel the transaction - which like I said, I've tried numerous times / numerous methods to do.

I want EVERYONE to know this seller is FRAUDULENT and that they shouldn't waste their time order from them, because they won't get anything (the product) as expected. I'm a very disgruntled buyer...and want everyone to know to stay away from this site.
