I have booked classes with Muzigal for Western Vocal. Since the teacher was not consistent, I had asked to put a hold on my account to find some other teacher and transfer the credit. However, Muzigal charged up all my balance with fake classes (that were schedules at middle of the night) I spoke to a rep and she assured to transfer to another teacher and are not responding to my calls, emails or Whatsapp messages. STAY AWAY from this place.
