I thought I was ordering frim muck boot company until I rec’d confirmation email. When I clicked on the link & was directed to muckmax.com I noticed no way to contact them except for email. So I sent message asking about my order, I rec’d reply back next day stating it had already shipped. I asked for a tracking number in which they replied that orders take 10-21 business days & I should be patient. I then asked where it shipped frim & again requested a tracking number. I’ve never rec’d a tracking number or my order so watch out for them. The email address I’ve gotten from them are: [email protected]

I was on muck website and searched, in the search area “sale” I was still in the muck website. I placed order and had no idea that I was in anything else but muck website. Everything looked the same. I googled the tracking number and was totally surprised to see it was coming from China. I have been tracking it every week day.

It got delivered in New York. Totally wrong state.

I really really want these boots and was so excited to get them. Now I’m crushed
