Placed my order for a travel wallet to be engraved with my initials. Contacted 4 times. 3rd time they responded and said it was on the way but reminded me I had engraving. Provided tracking that made it seem it had shipped. Last time after I stated I would be contacting BBB, got another tracking link but once you click on it, it says preparing shipment. That was 6 days ago. I'm pissed.
