I agreed to a $0.50 fee for a one time astrological service, but was signed up for a recurring subscription without my knowledge or consent. I did not realize this until I was charged a few weeks later. I then contacted the business through both their website and app contact forms and requested they cancel my subscription and refund my money, but have not received any response. I will be filling a complaint and report with my credit card to block them from future charges, but they need to respond to customer inquiries.

Do not sign up for this site/app. I purchased the $1 birth chart from their site and nothing else. They kept my card information and signed me up for their monthly membership $12.99 per month. I tried to contact them immediately through their site but no response so I went through my credit card company to get a refund. Next two months I am also getting the same $12.99 charge. I've tried contacting them multiple times but there is no response and I've even deleted my account but they still won't stop charging me. Do not use this site, especially if you don't have a good bank/credit card company that will help you get your money back.

A charge for $12.99 appear on my bank statement that I though seemed suspicious. I checked the website associated with the charge and found that it had been charged before without seeing it. I’ve never downloaded the app, and I have never tried out any trial subscription. I have followed their instructions on line to cancel the subscription, and I’ve emailed them multiple times since my discovery. And nothing is being done. Not sure if anything can since they are based in Turkey.

I spent $0.99 on their website reviving my natal chart. I never signed up for any subscriptions. They started trying to charge me $12.99 everyday but I keep my card locked. They sent me emails about this “subscription” that I had. So I went to try to log into my account but they told me that I don’t have an account connected to my email, yet they continued to send me emails. A lot of the reviews say that this has happened to them and that customer service hasn’t helped. I emailed customer service anyway and nobody has reached back out.
