I ordered steps from this company on September 6, 2026. I have called every week for 4 weeks in a row and have been told my order will ship out at the end of each week. I have called 3 separate days after the first month of lies and sent 2 emails. I have not had a single call answered or an email back.

My order confirmation email was received on September 6, 2026.
