Dealership failed to provide car title after 60 days, violating Texas law.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada from this dealership (MotorWorldTX.com), and after more than 60 days, they still failed to provide the title — which is a direct violation of Texas DMV regulations (maximum 30 days).

The salesperson Hamad Sohail made false promises and gave misleading information.
After I contacted TXDMV, I received official confirmation that no duplicate title request was ever submitted, despite the dealership claiming they did.

Because of their actions, I had to file:
✔ Court case in Harris County
✔ Texas DMV complaint
✔ Attorney General Consumer Protection complaint
✔ BBB complaint
✔ FTC fraud/consumer deception report

This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and engages in deceptive practices.
I do NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
