Report

Direct mail claimed urgent loan information regarding a mortgage. They had my loan number. I needed to call immediately. I did not call. Mortgage Services notation at bottom of card claiming they provided this info to sender but were not affiliated. Sender had no ID. Mortgage Services knows who this is and is complicit in scam.

Received a blue Postcard stating "Important Notice: response needed" Notice regarding mortgage, asking to call 1-866-838-6725. Time Sensitive and call soon. Had a Mortgage ID on it.

In fine print: All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC 877-899-1809. Not Affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender.

I received a small green post card with my name and mortgage ID# and it referenced the correct closing date of my loan. it read: IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED "This notice is regarding your [date provided} mortgage. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 877-591-6612 as soon as possible.

In the lower right corner, in fine print is: “All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC. 866-343-1284 Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender"

The presorted first class US postage paid [printed stamp] says: DAYTONA BEACH FL PERMIT #457 followed by: 7802 - 2578 - V1

Then it started it is a notice regarding my mortgage with STOCKMAN BANK OF MONTANA, and that they need me to call them about an important matter.
