I received a postcard from Mortgage Services Group LLC addressed to me saying "This notice is regarding your current mortgage" and wanted me to call 844-543-9870 "about an important matter regarding this loan." The date given for when the mortgage was recorded has no meaning to me. There was no business name or address. The postmark was from Dayton Beach, Florida with permit #457. The back side of the postcard was blank. It also stated the information was "provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC," with the phone number 877-899-1809. Our mortgage is with our credit union so I did not call either number.

Received blue postcard in mail from Mortgage Services Group LLC requesting that I call about an important matter about a property loan. I do not have a mortgage on the property listed and my current mortgage is not with the lender listed on the card. Card states that this is time sensitive and to call as soon as possible.

Posing as a mortgage representative stating my account was past due and I needed to set up automatic payments to avoid foreclosure. I just obtained the loan 3 months previous and called them directly to verify.

Received post card on 1/14/2026 from Mortgage Services Group LLC stating I should call them asap about an important matter regarding my loan. The loan ID # was printed above my name and address. I contacted them and gave the information they asked for.

Mortgage scam loan. Details the same as listed in details previously listed in this claim against this LLC.

Received a postcard stating that my current mortgage needs immediate attention. Please call the phone number on the blue postcard. It was received showing my address and a person listed at that address who is not known and does not live here.

I did a search on the mortgage services group online and found that this was a previous scam listed against them.

This postcard should be ignored and phone should not be called. Report postcard as scam.

Then my name was listed.

This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-543-9870 as soon as possible. (This notice implies that it is from LoanDepot.com LLC)

In tiny print below the following appears:

All information provided by Mortgage Services Group LLC. 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by and loan information not provided by LoanDepot.com LLC. (This is very unclear and garbled language designed to avoid legal complications but murky enough to still make it seem that message was from LoanDepot.com LLC.

In the address portion, a Mortgage ID: 53218-026-127 is bolded.

Attempted to sell insurance not needed. Presented as though it was from our mortgage company. Only fine detail reveals that it is not affiliated with our mortgage company. Multiple postal pieces including a "Final Notice" which were all time sensitive. Includes our lender information and our mortgage number.

Received postcard and letter saying "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relatws to your mortgage" (letter), "This notice is regarding your current morgtgage with [Bank]. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-382-7407". They include what they purport to be a "Mortgage ID#". The fine print describes its source and that it is not with the lender. On the letter it identifies an NPN# 19588308, which is not mentioned on the postcard. It appears to be an insurance solicitation but it is deceptive and appears to rely on time sensitivity to induce people to call a phone number which may put their PII at risk or be used to scam consumers.

I received a postcard wanting me to call about my "... recently closed mortgage on June 06.2025. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-543-9870 as soon as possible."

My name is correct but the address was slightly wrong but still delivered. I'm not falling for whatever this is.
