Couldn't complete my order

I tried to purchase some shoes from this site and my card details were incorrect even though I know I put them in right so I contacted their customer service and they said to re-operate or use another card. I emailed them back saying I don't have another card and was willing to pay using Paypal, but there was no option for me to select that which I told them and they responded with the EXACT same message, like it was copy pasted from the previous one. So I am never doing business with them cause their customer service was basically useless to my problem.

I order a pair of Steelers shoes for my grandson. Got two pair. Poor quality and the shoe is so wide he cannot lacy up tight enough to keep on. They say 30 day refund that is a lie. They told me I should have order the right size. I did but no where does it state size or width on shoe. No invoice was sent with order. Glue was on shoe and the poly foam soled is showing on the bottom. My credit card company said they cannot help because item was not returned. That because they will not let me return them. No address to return to. Believe me I have tried. How did they get the rights to put the NFL logo on the shoes with the logo tag. No tags anywhere about size or width. I got taken for $152.00 dollars and no Christmas present for him. How said no one can stop this kind of thing with everyone wanting us to shop on line. Shop at brick and mortar only.

More Quilt is garbage

I ordered a pair of Washington Cougars pair of shoes. One shoe was fine, the other Logo was transposed which I sent the pictures to them. I tried to communicate this with them and they denied it. I then sent them another email explaining in detail and I have heard nothing. $80 plus and nothing. Not only does is the shoe incorrect, It is poor quality. How disappointing. I see this came from China? Keep our jobs in USA ??

Ordered Steelers Yeezy Boost - Never received

Ordered Yeezys on 11/26 and received a confirmation email. As of 12/18 hadn't received the shoes, so started a dispute with Amex. The merchant name and address is in UK, according to Amex. When I looked up the address on google maps, it's a mailbox rental place in a residential area. The phone number rings busy. The merchant's website has an address in NC, USA and is now selling cat merchandise, LOL. SCAM, Avoid

My husband ordered some Harry Potter Shoes for my Birthday. He never received any information after he placed the order. He tried calling and the phone would just ring endlessly. So I sent them an not too nice email, telling them that I could see they JUST created this page, and if I had placed the order, it would not have been from here, They are a Chinese SCAMMER page! They create these pages close to Christmas to SCAM ppl in the US. They emailed me back QUICKLY, with a tracking and it took another week and a half almost two weeks to get the shoes. Once they are arrived, They are knock offs, the design is backwards, and the shoes REEEKED of paint. I know I will NEVER get my money back on a 90 dollars pair of junk. PLEASE be warned and save your money!

I ordered a pair of art boots and never received them, nor could I get through on the phone, as it just rings and rings. I sent several emails and never received a response. This is a total scam! It disgust me that people get away with this type of stealing from people! I don't understand how they can have it set up with all the legitimate details, so it looks realistic and get away with this...something needs to be done to prevent this from happening!

I found a quilt I liked on Morequilt.com and made the purchase through PayPal. I received a confirmation email from the ‘company’ saying they’d send an email when the product shipped. After not hearing from them, I contacted PayPal to inquire about the purchase. A day later, I received a confirmation email from Morequilt.com indicating my quilt had shipped and they included a tracking #. I followed the tracking # for over a week only to find the numbers continually referenced different locations of the ‘package’ and progressively getting further and further from my home. Needless to say, I haven’t received my product. I have all the emails and communication pertaining to this purchase as well as the email associated with the payment from PayPal. [email protected]
