Monsterexports gave me invoice no.0006387 on 14 July 2020 for a Lexus rx350 awd , $7025. I paid promptly for which they acknowledged. They said would get back to me with shipping date. Since then,no replies. reported to Citibank where the money was received and to FBI.No replies. Sounds like a scam.ain't it?

Hello all I bought 3 cars from monster export Eric and Joy namely since January/February until date no car only provided a dock receipt which I think its fake and they keep giving excuses that it is because of the congestion at the port and it is now 4months gone..I peacefully need my money back or get my cars shiped.

I paid a total of $18,345 for two cars - 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK350 ($8,230 paid on the 30 Nov 2020) and 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 sport 4matic ($10,115 paid on 19 Dec 2020). I was issued paid invoice for both payment. But both cars have not been shipped as promised. I was given fake dock receipt for the first car making me to believe that car has been shipping and will arrive on 04 Jan 2021. On that basis, I went to make payment for the 2nd car. But the car never arrived. Since 11 Jan 2021, when the lady named Joy confirmed that both cars have been shipped and promised to get back to me, there have not been any communication from her or any person from Monster Exports. The sales agent named Eric has now blocked me from his WhatsApp and Joy will not respond to my chat. Several emails are not responded and phone calls not answered. I want Monster Exports to send me my cars, both have been fully paid up including cost of shipping to Lagos as agreed. If the cars are no longer available, I want Monster Exports to refund my money.

I'm following up on my original complaint above dated 16/02/2021. I can update that the issue is being resolved. Monster Exports and I have reached an agreement for amicable resolution. Further update will be provided in due course.

I have just been frauded $20,724.00. The irony is how this international fraud group is able to operate with impunity. And when victims come to complain they have the audacity to issue one sentence disclaimers.
There are two ways to deal with them. First is for all victims to mobilize together and launch a global effort to hunt them down. We can do this through various law enforcement agencies. It is easy because there are documentary trails such as invoices issued, bank transfers etc. These can easily be traced.
The second is that for those of us in Africa who have fallen victims, we can consult native shrines to punish them. They can die mysterious deaths or suffer incurable sicknesses. No one commits such fraud and lives to enjoy the millions of dollars they have amassed. I am working on both fronts.

Monsters advertised cheap car for sale I quoted they sent invoice and transferred the money to Monster bank account on 25 February 2020. I was told that I would be shipped on 11th March. Since then Monster stopped communication with me.
I want Monster Export to ship the Toyota Highlander or refund my money.

I guess I've been scammed by monster export.Got LEXUS 2009 ES350 from them, just 27th June, 2020, was told car has shipped, no dock receipt, no draft BOL. Out of curiosity, i checked Carfax only to see that same car has been shipped to Lagos Nigeria last year Sept, 2019. see attached.all attempt to get in touch with them, no response. Please help out whichever way you can.

I bought two vehicles( Toyota Camry and Corolla)from Monster exports totalling $10,567.00. They gave me paid receipts and after some days I was blocked on WhatsApp and they never replied my mails. All attempts to reach the proved abortive. They only communicate with me if I use another number or email pretending to be a potential Customer. Their constant scam person is Joy. The Government should bring down their website because they are scam.

I live in New York and was contacted by a friend who paid $7,000 for a 2012 Highlander. He has not heard from them since March. He no longer could contact them since they failed to pick up his calls or respond to his emails. I personally tried to call them living voice messages on the 3 phone numbers provided by my friend.

I had the same experience I lost over 10,000$. Let’s take action now. The re duping a lot of Africans from Nigeria and Ghana. They ll later block u on WhatsApp. I m even surprise that over a year now they re in business and they go on undetected in the US. If u want their track record Check their details from Better Business Bureau they ve been graded F and various reviews are there. I reported them there. This was to no avail. They re just scammers. BBB ie Better Business Bureau referred me to Florida Attorney 1-866-966-7226 and Florida Department of Consumer Services: 1-800-HELP-FLA (435-7352). There are other agencies in USA that we can also explore ie Fair Trades Commissionwww.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Details

You can start something in your country ie the local police Interpol. They can be tracked.

I paid $7525 to buy a Toyota higher Lander in February. It took day before I got the receipt. I was told the vehicle was to be shipped on 11 the of March 2020. They advertise cars with correct VIN numbers on their website Monsterexports.com. I paid 6,450.00 dollars for two Toyota Corolla cars 2010 and 2012 on the 6th of Jan 2020 to be exported to Lagos Nigeria. But it was never shipped and they blocked me on Watsap which was my only means of communication with them. The website still exist and they are still posting more cars and stealing from innocent people. Their contact person me is Joy. Please I want my money back. They are using Synovus Bank account for the fraud.
