Advertisement for Moco Boutique promoting a flash sale. I ordered clothes, and got an email with a weird address for confirmation. Email was associated with “mild wade” and not Moco Boutique. Used Apple Pay to pay for the clothes.

Saw an Instagram post for MOCO Boutique having a huge sale so I click on the post that took me to a link that I thought was their site and placed an order for women's clothes, and was emailed a order confirmation and a couple weeks later got a tracking number for the shipment of my order and even got an email saying my package was delivered, only I never received the order so I contact the email in the order confirmation to contact customer service, was told a replaced order was being shipped and would arrive in 10-15 business days was sent another tracking number email confirmation and I didn't receive that package either and when contacted customer service and was asked to take a refund at 70% of what was paid, that was red flag number 1, and when I sad that was unacceptable I wanted all my money back they replied and said okay it's been processed and will take 15- 25 business days which was red flag number 2 that this was a fraud.

I received an ad on Facebook about a sale going on at MoCo Boutique. It took me to their website and everything. It’s been over a month. Today I finally received a “delivered” message through email. However, nothing was delivered. The tracking number provided through email gave updates after it left each facility.

Saw an ad for MOCO Boutique on Facebook and clicked on it due to a sale. Got a tracking number and everything. Followed it. Got an email last night saying it was delivered. Never got it.

- Saint Paul, MN, USA • Sep 21, 2025

Received an ad mimicking a legitimate company, Moco Boutique, advertising a sale. Site looked identical until the purchase was made and I received confirmation from mildwade.com

Fake website, pretending to be MOCO boutique in Ohio. Then confirmation email comes from Opulineza. I emailed them multiple times regarding website discrepancy, address/location and shipping. I received prompt responses each time but i could tell they were generated. I was given a tracking number coming from china. Finally after weeks it finally said delivered but i did not receive anything. Of course i contacted them again and received an immediate response stating they could look into it. This is obviously a scam and i will be contacting my credit card company. Buyer beware.

There was a boutique on Facebook that was having a "fall sale." Up until I received the order confirmation, everything was reviewing as Moco Boutique. After I received the invoice, it changed to Opulineza.

The pretend to be MoCo Boutique in Ohio. Copy the website exactly as is biggest difference which did not notice at the time was the web site address.

Didn't question it till I saw the confirmation email and transaction on my card that made no sense with the transaction ID name.

I was scrolling on facebook and their ad came up with a big discounted sale on Moco boutique.

- Rural Hall, NC, USA • Sep 05, 2025

I shopped on this site August 9th which appeared to be MoCo Boutique, placed the order, received confirmation, and then nothing. The tracking link did not work. I took a screenshot of the order and found the "[email protected]" email to email questions or concerns. Today, September 4, I emailed stating I expected a refund OR the items purchased. I also emailed the MoCo Boutique to warn them of this scammer. I am uncertain where this scammer is located. On my credit card statement here is the merchant info listed: Merchant Name: WEAR VCAPIVITY, 938-8888145 CO, Reference number 0902.

In addition to the previous email provided, these were also a part of the scam: [email protected], [email protected]

The company is pretending to be Moco Boutique, going so far as to use their ads and models. The items are deeply discounted “closeout” items.

- Gulfport, MS, USA • Sep 02, 2025

I ordered from a FB link, MACO Boutique, that I have Ordered from many times. Everything was on sale. I made two purchases. When I never received my items, I went back and looked at my receipts. I have several screenshots of the website and my receipts. Please email me if you need additional info since I can only attach one here.

Add that looks like a legit site Moco boutique, but routes to a different site that looks exactly like the Moco site. Offers clothes at deep discount, but after purchase, no confirmation email and unable to contact anyone at site. No items delivered.

- Weatherford, TX, USA

The scammer had spoofed a company's website on Instagram, and the world wide web named, MoCo Boutique, whom I had ordered products from in the past. It looked like they were having a Black Friday Sale. I have visited the real company's web page before on Instagram and also through Google. I have made several purchases over the last two years with no complaints from the "real" business. This time the prices were discounted as on sale. However, once the order was placed I realized the confirmation email came from a completely different email. The scammers have sent emails that stated the order was received and that it is processing, followed by another email stating the items have shipped.

- Fort Recovery, OH, USA

Scammer pretending to be MOCO Boutique via a Facebook ad. When the order confirmation email was received it was from [email protected] via qshoppy.shop. They sent a shipping tracking number and eventually the tracking stated it was delivered, however it was never at the post office or my house. Contacted them and they said that they contacted the shipping company and it was either lost or delivered at wrong location and "stated" they could send an expedite package.

- Fort Wayne, IN, USA

Saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order from the website for Judy Blue Jeans and various tops. I received an email with my confirmation which I was able to go back to the website and verify. I then received another email with my tracking information. I checked the shipper website to make sure there was a package in transit. Once the package showed delivered I checked front porch, mailbox, and cameras with no package delivery. I sent email to contact information on email and have not heard anything from anyone.

Same exact situation as the other poster

Too good to be true, sand I should have known better. I used a Facebook ad for Moco boutique. After checking out I got an email from findenne with a tracking information. At first it didn't work a week later there was info. Then I realized the name of the merchant on the statement didn't match, maniaishwellstyle. I made contact with findenne and they said the package was delivered. It never arrived. When asked what company delivered the package they would not tell me.
