When i first dealt with this individual Said he would get me approved for a car loan. Me being desperate to get a car because I needed for work and have bad credit put all my trust in him. He called and said hey I have good news. I said yeah what is it I got you approved now I just need you to sign something and if you want me to finish the loan I need a deposit to know you’re serious about the car fully refundable if you drive the car and don’t like it. So I tell him ok let me come to your dealer and we can talk so I get there to his business and there’s no cars but the one I was supposed to purchase, I got there late and he said well it’s late I don’t think we can test drive the car today but come up so I show you the terms of rhe loan. I said ok that’s strange . No dealer doesn’t let you not test the car. We start walking up stairs and he is rambling about his sales people and just confusing the crap out of me because all of a sudden I’m not approved yet because he wanted to see first if I’m serious and he wasn’t just going to submit a loan for me if I’m not serious because he has to pay for it and that it needed to make ensue for him to. So he cons me into paying him 500 dollars and he gave me a receipt for nothing . I test drive the car the next day and I find a whole bunch of things wrong with it after he said in the ad the car is in excellent condition. I tell him I want my money back because it’s a bad car and I’m not doing the deal. He got all mad and said he was going to keep 150 and send me through a check the rest. I said no because I gave you cash . He said well I’m not giving you cash I’m sending you a check. I said no because at rhis point I don’t trust him anymore . Till this day he hasn’t send me anything . I told him I was going to call the police but he isn’t even in town . Please don’t let him scam anymore people . He goes by the name of jerry
