I purchased MIVRASS doorbell on 02/09/2026. under JOMA Hong Kong $159.00. I returned the doorbell on 02/21/2026. USPA tracking#LH266668405US. The package got stuck at China Custom for over 5-6 months. The package labeled as OVERDUE CUSTOMS DECLARATION and returned the package back to me on 09/08/2026. They moved. They gave me a fraudulent address. I spent $35.05 for shipping. I contacted MIVRASS, told me to just keep the doorbell. This is real bad bad business.
