Elena Lacramioara Mungiu leads you to believe there is a relationship and that you will meet. The only way to actually talk to her is through the website www.chaturbate.com where you will have to pay to talk to her. You never get an actual address for her and she conceals her real identity by not revealing her full name. The only reason I know her full name is that I sent money by paypal, and the name may not be her real name.

If you choose to contact chaturbate.com they will do nothing and are complicit in the scam.

I can say she is not a scam! It's your fault if you give a camgirl much money and believe that love can happen. If you enter her room and she knows you good, you will not have to pay to talk with her. But it's normal you pay for private or password.

In my experience, I can tell she is a great woman, i dont have the feeling she is a scam, and she treats me well.

BTW giving her real name on the net it is not okay!
