Made Another call to a different number (855)500-0218 today third time third review. Talked to one of their technicians Curtis. I was told that I would be called back in 30 to 45 minutes. Waited 1 hour and called them back the phone number is disconnected. Stay away from this company at all costs

After several calls today to 888-738-0162 we've talked people several times which sounds like the same couple that we always talk to we tried to connect with the billing department they put us on hold then finally hang up we try to call the same number back and the number is not in service this is a scam on top of a scam look the other way

I originally subscribed to their services later to find out that my computer got locked up with a Microsoft looking screen that stated I had to call this number to get my computer unlocked. When I call the number they stated that I was only a level 5 security that I needed level 10 they offered that for $1697.60. At which time I agreed to their service only to find out that this only opened the door for them to charge me another $19,000 to retain their services. At that time I declined their service completely. Since the Inception of this contract it's been nothing but problems for my elderly father. Through various phone conversations with the company they have agreed to refund the $1,697 charge. They've assured the refund to arrive on several occasions but to no avail. After repeated phone calls they're to a point now that they talk belligerently while belittling, then just stop talking and listen to the phone and then just hang up. I urge anyone looking into this company to look the other way!

I was also looking up a recipe online and wham! A screen came up looking like a windows screen, saying I had a Trojan on my computer. $799.00 later, I was looking at what they installed on my computer. It was all free programs. I cancelled my account at the bank. I also called Microsoft, and they never heard of the Company, as the guy told me that when this happens, it automatically goes to them.

I was trying to get a recipe on my computer and I got an alert and was not able to use my computer until I called a phone number. I call the number and they went through all the things to show me that my computer was being hacked. I gave them my information and a check for 799.00 for their assistance. I feel that this is a scam and I need to get my computer fixed so they cannot access my computer. How do I go about doing this?

I was supposedly "locked out" of my computer and a phone number appeared onscreen to call. I called at which time Brian a Level 7 Network Engineer office id. MS424563, told me I had a Trojan virus on my computer and banking and passwords were at high risk. He was going to install a firewall for $599.99 at which time I was connected with Marcus Alexander 833-503-0572 ext. 5424 who was a billing manager. He explained to me that their parent company Path Support was in Spain and not to be alarmed when filling out the credit card information as it will originally appear in Euros and be adjusted for dollars! When I tried to make payment I found out that my credit card had not been activated. I called customer support of the bank I do business with and they activated the card. After initializing the transaction, the bank still refused to honor the credit card. So, I called customer support again and after a question and answer session with them they assured me that it was a scam. It's possible during the long phone call and remote computer session that my social security information may have been compromised.
