Required payment in advance of truck arrival for removal of a tree. Late in day, when truck did not get finished with prior job, promised to do first thing in morning. did not show up. promised in afternoon, no show. requested money back, said he would refund, never did. Had to hire someone else as tree was about to fall and would have damaged camper in neighbors drive.
