He tried to scam me for rental unit. He texted me the address and all of its information. Once it said rent to own in the email I knew it was a scam

I inquired about a rental posted on Redfin by the user and got an email stating “Hello,

Thank you for starting your application with us! My name is Michael Muñiz. My family and I just moved to FL due to my job transfer. I work for a road construction company here in FL and married a lovely wife, Glenn. We will be here for 12 or 13 years. We are looking for a responsible tenant willing to take good care of it in our absence. Pets are allowed as long as they are not destructive. The rent is $1,500, and a refundable security deposit of $1,500, while the total move-in cost is $3,000 and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. While the rent with option to purchase is $3,249/m (negotiable). You can choose to rent or rent to own, whichever you prefer.

Muñiz Family” I instantly was suspicious so I ended up google to address and more ads for the place popped up for the rent to own price I then asked to view the property and then got a email with asking if I could go see it now or today and the available times to view the property and was sent a number to text for the code I then looked up the number and found this page and the first report about them and then knew it was a scam
