MFP Management & Construction LLC has reached out multiple times with unsolicited offers for investments into property projects and other so called investment opportunities. The owner, Antonio McMillion has scammed me out of $25,000 for an investment in a CBD/Marijuana private placement stock and another $50,000 in a promissory note for a construction project that never happened. Antonio McMillion and MFP Management & Construction LLC are a complete fraud. I have attached a recent Promissory Note that was never paid. Mr. McMillion has promised to pay countless times only to default on fake wire transfers and ACH's. This person and organization needs to be reported to the authorities and stopped.
