Online facebook ad popup for medvi quad an ED drug offering a free sample. When clicked on it said they would send free sample and credit card for age verification and if decided to order later. Once put in able to see terms that included ongoing charges despite this being for free sample. Got an email saying I had to do physician consult first which I deleted and never did and I believed this would stop the matter. They then charged me for 3 months $114 for this product that they never sent because they COULD NOT sent as its a prescription med and they was never a Doctor consult to approve it. When I found the charges I cancelled and demanded a refund for products never sent and complained about thier free sample "trick"

I filed a dispute with my credit card company for goods not recieved. I will send one of the invoices showing that the $114 was for a medvi quad 5 pack and emails where they say that they never sent because consult never done but they arent refunding
