MedShopDirect sent the wrong medical overlay and made me jump through hoops
Ordered a medical overlay for my mama from MedShopDirect.com, and MedShopDirect sent me something that looked about as close to my order as a possum is to a housecat. I showed ’em pictures, circled it, probably coulda drawn ’em a crayon map, and they STILL acted confused.
Then the circus started:
“Send us more photos.”
“Send us the label.”
“Wait for our process.”
Buddy… I’ve seen more organization at a yard sale run by toddlers.
They screwed up the order, then made ME jump through hoops like I’m auditioning for the dang rodeo. Meanwhile I’m taking care of my mama 24/7 and don’t have time to babysit a company that can’t read its own product list.
If you enjoy chaos, slow responses, and being blamed for THEIR mistake, this is the store for you.
