MedShopDirect sent the wrong medical product and gave endless excuses
I ordered a medical overlay for my mama, plain and simple, and MedShopDirect somehow managed to ship me something that looked about as related to my order as a chicken is to a lawnmower. I sent them photos, screenshots, labels — heck, I practically sent ’em a PowerPoint presentation — and they still pretended they couldn’t see the difference.
Then they put me through more steps than a Zumba class:
“Send more pictures.”
“Send the sticker.”
“Wait for our process.”
Buddy, their “process” is slower than a three-legged turtle in mud boots.
All I wanted was the right product for my mama. Instead, I got delays, excuses, and customer service that acted like I was trying to solve algebra instead of fix THEIR mistake.
If you like frustration, you’ll love this place.
