Thought was ordering Novexa multivitamin, instead received Mediterra.

- Rio Rancho, NM, USA • Sep 10, 2026

Product supposed to help decrease A1C. Received 2 phone calls from person asking if i had questions regarding the priduct, which i had not received yet.

I was charged twice but unable to contact anyone. No one answered the phone when i called the number they had called from. There was a website on a bottle that i finally received and my email came back undeliverable. I am in the process of cancelling the order but there is no one to reach out to in order to cancel.

Scaler charged credit card.

We received Mediterra Multi-Vitamins in the mail. We did not order this product. We emailed the support email, nothing. Called and they advise us to email. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "my manager is in a meeting". Re-emailed and received a bounce back email saying that email isn't active. All the reviews I found online reference this being a scam.

2 bottles of vitamins I did not order and don’t want

- Modesto, CA, USA • Aug 13, 2026

I received vitamins I did not order. I contacted the shipper who told me to contact [email protected] by email and no returns by phone; shipper denied an affiliation not company. Wait for an authorization code via email and then you can return the product.

So far we haven't found a charge to our credit cards.

Repeated emails go unanswered.

After reviewing the ScamPulse.com file I know it is a scam. They have my name and address. I have no recollection of ordering any vitamins- I buy them at Costco or Amazon.

Unsolicited. Found on my porch from a night delivery. I got scammed by a different health web site, Nutracrest Health Dover De.

I received a container of Mediterra MultiVitamins in the mail which were not ordered by me. I called the phone number on the packing slip. I was very fact forward stating this was a scam & how was this billed to me. After several minutes of not backing down, he gave me the last 4 digits of our credit card. What he didn’t know was that our card with that number had been used by MIND MAXTRIC two days prior. That card was closed/blocked by our credit card company & the amount did not go through. Today I received a product of 6 bottles of Cardio Flush from the same vendor. Their phone number is 3233477676, address is the same as Mediterra, [email protected]. They used the same credit card, as well. Mediterra email is [email protected]. Today I found both of these products on the internet. Totally fraud tactics. Thank you for attending to this fraudulent business.
