They stated medicare help line. They initiated call. For 50 minutes and then 25 minutes. My phone said verified number. 7 individuals took my information with the first being David, Mary, and Shelly,who had me on hold 20 minutes. I called back abd got a Mr. Lee who then again transferref me to Mary again, then Bruce Pringle, then Justin Curtis who hung up and went to survey. This is a disjustice to the elder individuals who wirjed to maje a living. That number again was verified on my phone as 8xx-2xx-5xxx. Please advise me on how to proceed as medicare number and date of birth was given to these individuals at that number.
