"Test Results" Letter received for a Comprehensive Primary Immunodeficiency Panel 28 Genes. Collection and Reporting date are from July 2024. This had the person's Name, date of birth, Address, and Primary Care Provider Name with their address as the "Ordering Physician". This test was never ordered and samples were never taken. I believe the "company" is trying to get people to reach out to them to either obtain more information or to create some kind of fraud.

I received via postal services a letter referring to medical test results. When I tracked down the ordering docter, she no longer worked at that office. I then called the number for the business. Someone answered but did not identify the business. I asked about the mailing and was told it was an error to send it back. I didn't. They said they would delete my information. I was concerned because my birth date was on the correspondence. I did not have the test listed at anytime. I'm now concerned whether it's safe to use my phone for my banking.
