Samantha from Mediation Services stated there is pending allegations against me from her client such as fraud and breach of contract. She asked me if my last 4 of my SS was wxyz, if such and such was my email address, if I've been employed with these certain places and that this was from a Payday Loan that was taken out from 2008. I notified her that I never took out a Pay day loan and she said it was taken out with the bank card Chase. I told her that this was an error. She said she'll reply back to her client and that they will take this further.

I received a call today from Mediation Services phone number 859-208-0373. About a payday loan that I know I had paid years ago, they had my old bank information. Per the representative he needed me to send a payment of $277 one or three times to close the debt.

I keep getting calls from a place claiming to be Mediation Services, saying I have a pending case in their office that requires immediate attention. That I or my attorney of record needs to contact them immediately TODAY. If they do not hear from me or my attorney they will document that I have waived my right to counsel and submit my case, and to govern myself accordingly.

They use various names but its always the same voice.

I've been called from several different phone numbers from several different states. I keep blocking the numbers but they use a different one each day.

I received a phone call from I keep from 859-208-0828 from a company called Mediation Services. In the voicemail the caller said his name was Steven Rogers, claiming there will be legal action against me if I don't respond back to the call or if they don't hear from my attorney today. He never once called me by name or asked for another person directly. When I looked the number up online I found that numerous people had received the same message and phone call that I had. This is what led me to believe it was a scam.

company is called mediation services. They had all my personal information regarding a loan I have through them supposedly. I only have one loan in my name a student loan, which at this time is deffered. they would not let me ask questions and as soon as i mentioned my lawyer they hung up. Verizon was notified as well as my lawyer. My lawyer told me to let you guys know. so its mediation services and the number is 801-317-1623.they are based out of Ogden Utah and use many scare tactics to make people pay a fake loan. thank you
